Pros: Old but clean building. No issues with bugs or rodents. Nicely run and responsive landlord Cons: Windows could be better sealed - traffic noise come through and so did cold air in the winter. Central heating didn’t run the smoothest but ceiling mounted ac unit in each room heat, which was great.
