Pros: Views from the higher floors. Cons: Absolutely disgusting. There are rats and the roaches are tenants in this building. The elevator constantly breaks down and smells like pee. The security guards do not actually pay attention to who enters or exits the building. It takes almost a year for management to address ONE complaint. Avoid here if you can help it. Advice to landlord: Do better please.

Pros: The only good thing is my floor is very quiet Cons: Lobby smells bad and The WATER yes WATER situation in this building is sooooo bad!! Im afraid to wash my food sometimes as the cold water is so WHITE and CLOUDY. The manager Ms.Rivera is so rude and unprofessional and they put notices night b4 for repairs with no pre warnings Advice to landlord: Fix this stench and clean the garbage compacter daily with bleach

Pros: Location, view, good community of neighbors for the most part Cons: Everything else is pretty bad. Management seems to want to keep everything right above where conditions would be unacceptable. They have lots of signs up and claimed to be sanitizing every floor throughout the day but this place is as filthy as ever. Local management is crabby and rude, the maintenance crew means well and are generally nice but it’s obvious they’re working under limitations they are not at liberty to mention. Advice to landlord: Invest in the properties you already own instead of gobbling up more real estate. This place is falling apart which wouldn’t be an issue if getting maintenance to come by wasn’t such an ordeal.
