Pros: The staff is great, there are a lot of maintenance workers so things do not get left to pile up, etc... Cons: sometimes construction in the building is loud Advice to landlord: keep up the great work

Unit 6G Pros: Building is well kept for the most part, and has an elevator - which is uncommon on this street. The intercom functions, they have weekly pest control available. shared spaces are clean & building is quiet & friendly. Some of the staff is great! Cons: apartments with deceased tenants are left UNTOUCHED (ex. the food in their fridge) for YEARS. Like im talking the police tape is still over the door, several years later. Bugs are crawling out of the doorway and they refuse to do anything about it. Packages get stolen and some of the staff is quite rude. attached "Leasing Office" also seems to have nothing to do with leases & cannot answer simple questions about rent. Advice to landlord: clean up dead peoples apartments and dont let them sit for literal years causing roach infestations.

Pros: This is a nice apartment. The apartment is also more spacious than most in the UES area. Rent is reasonable. Cons: If you are in the bedroom facing the street, it is extremely loud. All of the cars that exit off the FDR exit and turn onto 64th st. The windows are now soundproof; and in the summer with a window AC, you're out of luck. You'll need to get used to earplugs.
