Unit 5E Pros: Apartments are BIG Was well priced when I lived there Very close to train Lots of families who have been in the building for ages Cons: Management was hard to contact Super did a lot of questionable fixes Bugs, garbage, frequently broken elevator, all problems Door/intercom frequently broken

Pros: Great neighbors who have been there a long time. Great sense of family Cons: Street noise feels like it’s in your apartment even on the 6th floor Advice to landlord: Double pane windows
