My experience at the Oriana has been nothing but picture-perfect! Everyone from the concierge desk to the leasing office has treated me, as well as the rest of the guests, with the upmost courtesy and hospitality. Simply put, the staff at the Oriana building are all-stars. To highlight a few of my own experiences; their team has promptly fulfilled maintenance requests on the same day, on a daily basis they hand deliver dry cleaning, packages, and food deliveries to my room, and the leasing office is available seven days a week and have patiently answer any questions regarding my lease and payments. I also guarantee your jaw will drop once you experience the building's amenities for yourself. There's no excuse to not go to the gym when there are three in your building! The community at the Oriana residence is close-nit as well, consisting of families, couples, and singles. The team has down a great job implementing several initiatives in regards to hosting building wide social events and meet and greets. Overall I would highly recommend checking out the Oriana and I look forward to renewing my lease with them. -Trevor

Great, quiet location, beautiful river views and lovely sunrises! Staff is courteous and management company is accommodating and helpful. Have enjoyed living here over the past year, which was not easy with COVID restrictions.

Amazing staff! Like family to me after nearly 4 years here. The apartments are very comfortable with new appliances. Living right near Sutton Place is fantastic. Just re-signed for another 13 months.....

A 1982 building in a wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately, Equity Residential which bought the building from Macklowe three years ago has cut corners and as a result, the quality of service, and the integrity of the building have been seriously compromised. Adequate heat, water and cooling have been regular problems throughout the year. The staff is friendly and nice, but even they openly complain about the new owner's lack of commitment of resources to properly maintain the building. A longtime Resident
