Pros: Safe building, doormen don’t allow anyone unknown in Cons: Maintenance and doormen will never let you bring large items from either the front door or back.

Pros: Great views, management fixes problems with the apartment Cons: Surrounding area is not the safest, especially during the pandemic. Some doormen could be nicer and more respectful

Pros: The doormen were nice once you get to know them- at first everyone but Kenny and the overnight guy are very stand-off ish. Cons: Pretty much everything. Elevators always broken- often would find myself getting stuck in them. Leasing office/building management are impossible to deal with. They never have answers for any questions and always take forever to respond. Laundry machines are disgusting. Management refused to do anything about it. Windows in the kitchen and bathroom are very hard to open and close. Landlord did nothing to work with you if you lost your job due to Covid. The list goes on.. Advice to landlord: Fix all of the above. Especially the elevators and people that work for your office (not the doormen)

Pros: It’s good location and reasonable rent. Cons: Management is very bad at managing elevators. There’s often a line in the lobby waiting and sometimes you have no choice but to take the stairs. Which is ridiculous for a “luxury” building. Advice to landlord: Please give clear updates when the elevator is being fixed and adjust trash collecting service to be conducted outside peak hours.

Pros: Big apartments, open views, lots of light, friendly doormen Cons: Small gym, noisy , electric bill is too high Advice to landlord: Fix the elevators!
