Pros: Intercom is a nice feature Cons: Poor management of rat infestation in basement garbage area (likely also due to poor waste management.) Absolutely unacceptable living condition since laundry machines are in the same room. Fix this issue! Already reported to 311 with no improvement over multiple-month period (research shows this issue has existed for years, how disgusting) Advice to landlord: Fix the rat/trash issue in basement, it’s a sanitary hazard, health hazard, and just plain negligence

Pros: Quite building and area Virtual doorman Cons: Poor waste management Big Rat Infestation in the basement Advice to landlord: Please please fix the issue with rats in basement! It’s just AWFUL!
