I love living here. The concierge staff are extremely attentive and the building is in impeccable shape! We just moved in and everything is so easy. 24 hour package room and having laundry/cleaners/tailor inside the building is a huge plus. everything youd need is right around the corner!

I could not improve on my experience in any of the listed categories. The staff is what stands out the most, specifically Rachel, Janice, Margaret, Angel, Jimmy and Lucas. So helpful, so friendly. And sticklers for safety, which makes me feel very secure in this building.

I moved in to London Terrace, Gardens in 2004 and I thought I would search for an apartment to buy. The magic of London Terrace, Gardens made me decide to stay and here we are 21 years later. It is a wonderful building with a phenomenal staff. I will stay here until I am no longer here.

I love the front desk agents but the head of the maintenance / engineering and administration are unethical. They lied about my table being "made in china" by placing a sticker and writing all over it to avoid reimbursement but I had my receipt for $9100. They lack integrity, empathy, compassion, honesty and how they handled the situation was unethical. They have a poor product and they charge unreasonable rates. Dirty water, water bugs, constant floods in the kitchen is not 5 star or woth $4700 monthly rent.

Wonderful place to live and build a home while being in nyc! The community inside is so welcoming! Such a great group of people living in the gardens! Highly recommend living here! There is so much to love and do around.
