Pros: Very nice porters and building staff Cons: Building has a pest control problem- had a mouse in our very high-floor apartment. Also, lobby smells like trash over the summer since the trash room is on the main level. Building in general is old and is kind of falling apart- regular water outages with super aerated pipes

Pros: Great doormen Gym Good location Cons: Very strict about moving in and out Street noise can be very loud. They need better windows. We had a mouse
