Pros: Very well maintained building. Great doormen! Cons: Dealt with water pressure issue in the past & some slight toilet issues.

Unit 9T Pros: Wonderful doormen and porters. The maintenance team is super responsive and always ready to help. It's all owner-rented but the integration into the building is seamless. Cons: During cold weather days, the steam system can sometimes cause a knock that can takes weeks to resolve.

Pros: Great location. Building Management and staff are polite and cordial. The owner of my unit is very responsive. Cons: Rent is on the higher side.

Pros: Location, location, location. Cons: Lack of nearby groceries. Advice to landlord: Better training for front desk staff.

Pros: Doormen Location Landlord Space Views Everything Laundry on every floor Gym Lots of elevators Cons: Having to pay broker fee even after having lived in building before (I think this is no longer a thing in New York) Stressful move in/move out procedures
