Pros: Apartment size, staff, outdoor spaces Cons: My apartment unit had a cockroach problem, the building was very responsive and always acted quickly but they would still come back.

Pros: -the supers/doorpeople are generally very nice -maintenance requests are processed quickly -amazing outdoor courtyard space that just got renovated in May 2025 -gym is also newly renovated and cheap ($80 ish a month) to join -generally, neighbors are very quiet and there's a good mix between families and young people -the security will take noise complaints seriously -lobbies are always clean -close to M15 and many other bus stops Cons: -these are cheaply built/renovated apartments, so things break easily and frequently -you're a block or so from Bellevue and the men's shelter nearby -gym not included with rent, have to join separately which is annoying -hallway smells bad sometimes -you're not very close to a subway Advice to landlord: Make the gym included in rent!

Unit 12B Pros: The building is very safe and has all the amenities you need. Management is very responsive and takes care of problems quickly. Air and heat work well. Never had any bug problems Cons: nothing much, a bit pricy that's all Advice to landlord: n/a

Unit 2f Pros: Lobby and Staff was nice. The unit was a very good size. Cons: Found a lot of cockroaches in my unit and garbage rooms. I even saw some in the lobby at times and stairwell. Advice to landlord: Get a better exterminator
