Unit 7a Pros: Stable, reliable, responsive, great amenities. Gym is fine. Mailroom is great. Rooms and kitchens are huge. Balconies are great. Cons: Walls are a little thin, and doormen aren't very personal. High lockout fees. Advice to landlord: Solid place to rent

Pros: The apartment itself was nice and renovated, maintenance was very responsive and fast Cons: Under constant construction, drilling into the walls outside lasted for months, loud since it is near the hospital, the rent is charged at a “luxury” price but the building has no luxury amenities

Pros: Good security, package delivery, nice apartment size Cons: Elevator broken for ~5 months, frequent roach issue (even in building lobby), difficult management

Unit 15D Pros: Good view of Empire State building Cons: "doormen" don't do anything, laundry is terrible, plumbing issues

Unit 24B Pros: responsive management, lots of space, good views Cons: slow elevators, very hot on top floors

Pros: very low electricity fee, good maintenance, location, safe, laundry room is very well maintained. Cons: roaches here and there - but i think this varies by units, also bc it's kips bay.. overpriced

Unit 24D Pros: Building is well run and feels safe Cons: Elevators take so long because people are always using one to move
