Pros: Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Minimal structural issues. Amenities are a plus, even if not worth the premium price they are trying to charge. Good laundry facilities. Cons: Management is fairly unresponsive aside from 1+ day emails. Had a tough time getting a big ticket maintenance request completed (broken fridge took 1+ month). Rent was increased substantially even with Covid concessions taken into account. Many unannounced construction projects.

Pros: Friendly doorman, great management and maintenance crew. Large spacious apartments with very clean lobbies and floors. Cons: Only one operating elevator, tons of construction on each floor.

Pros: - close to work - maintenance is fast +free - doorman - grocery delivery Cons: - ROACHES here and there, like in our unit (BIG roaches, they call them water bugs, used to come out occasionally (5 times) for the first year living here, but not anymore so far thank god), saw a couple in front of the ev - they've been remodeling the elevator for like a year- MASSIVE wait sometimes. - rent is pretty high compared to quality of the building + unit

Pros: Responsive management, safe-building, community events, great location. Cons: They changed the payment system halfway through our lease for rent and it was a complete and total nightmare. They were lenient with pay times as a result but definitely could have been executed better.

Pros: Location is good, staff are great Outdoor space is phenomenal (includes grills) Cons: Expensive, no amenities (gym is a monthly fee so does it even count?) No roof Service center (packages) only open during work hours (rough if you work longer hours) Advice to landlord: If you’re going to call it a luxury building you gotta add more amenities.

Pros: Security officers were nice. Water pressure was nice. Cons: Hard to get in contact of management. It’s almost impossible.

Pros: People are respectful, it feels safe, everything is convenient, floor walls kitchen and bathroom are all clean Cons: We had 3 roaches over just about 4 months and the apartment did not do ANYTHING about it. We put in several work orders but no response, not even a visit. Our apartment is very clean so idk where these are coming from but very stressful indeed. Had a couple water issues- getting brown water (only in my unit) Advice to landlord: Pest control please
