Great place to live

Pros: Excellent trash mgmt Cons: Water pressure is low

Solid but not best

Unit 22J Pros: Very conveniently located, but far from many things. Some of the staff was nice and helpful. Cons: My hallway had sitting water for days, giving musty smell. Some of the staff was unaware they were at work and had a job to do. Advice to landlord: Ask the doorman to be doorman, clean up the hallways or get new carpet to get rid of the musty smell.

Pros: Lots of natural light, spacious, good staff Cons: Cockroaches in my bathroom Advice to landlord: Update the sealing/bathrooms

Pros: Clean, well kept, not noisy Cons: - Desk people can be very unhelpful at times - Winter/summer heating/cooling transition can be brutal w/ central unit, they change it early
