Pros: Relatively new building, great views Cons: Ongoing construction projects on 3 sides of the building make non-stop noise 6 days a week. It is maddening and only getting worse. Construction will continue until 2029
Pros: Nice units, good staff, no problems. Cons: There is a construction site next door that probably will be creating noise issues for 3 or 4 years.
