Pros: The building was ok and decently clean but we had occasional roaches and mice. The super was reactive and helpful. Lots of students so could be loud at times but never had an issue. Cons: The management company was terrible. Super unresponsive, took forever to give us the deposit check back, would not answer the phone ever. Once I called and argued with them about something and was told to "shut the f** up!".
