Pros: very nice lobby staff, very nice amenities, clean rooms and management was quick to fix any problems Cons: wish we could have had more people over on roof
Pros: overall decent building, timely maintenance, felt safe & secure, common areas well maintained Cons: market rent increases high for renewal (which is typical in new york)
