Pros: Rent is based on income Cons: Horrible management due to responsiveness and cleanliness of the building. Advice to landlord: Care about your tenants

Pros: Convenient to shopping Cons: Lack of maintenance Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants. Most are clean and want a nice place to live. You contributed to it being so “ghetto”. Plus the manager is a slimy crook.

Pros: None none none Cons: These people are filthy! The management office doesn’t care about this building. Advice to landlord: Just because of the residents are dirty, doesn’t mean the rest of us are. Please do better
