Pros: Building is amazing and so is the staff, very responsive and helpful. Great amenities and discount to the equinox of you show them your lease. Cons: Price is a little high. The tend to increase price 10-12% a year so be ready to fork over over some $$$ Advice to landlord: Great building but enough with the crazy rent increases. I know so many people who live the building but get priced out and have to move.

Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive. Units are cookie cutter and fine Cons: It feels like a glorified dorm with loud parties often. This also sits above the subway and you can hear and feel the trains as they rumble by
