Pros: Spacious apartment, amazing natural light (big windows), and pretty view of west 113th street apartments across the way. Responsive super. Cons: Older so accumulates dust quickly Advice to landlord: none

Pros: The super is very responsive and the building is well maintained. Cons: The block between Broadway and Amsterdam is lined with Columbia frats and school year weekends can be kind of hellish with street noise. Advice to landlord: Allow roof access!
