Chelsea Landmark is a great building with wonderful amenities (including a golf simulator) and amazing staff! The location is very convenient too, which many subway lines and grocery stores (Eataly, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fairway) nearby.

Staff is really good here, really nice people. Good building location. Rent is high for a building without swimming pool. You have to pay as extra for the gym and the amenities. If you appartement give on the west side, you will face some noise due to the hotel in front of the building organizing party on their roof. No free wifi in the communal area. You can reserve meeting rooms but without wifi you will use your phone as hotspot. Or you can pay the wifi which is extremely expensive of the building and what is the point to pay twice your internet.

Excellent building, great Staff and very safe neighborhood. Everything is well maintained. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Very satisfied with this building.

I think it is really good. The location is very convenient a lot of public transportation close by. There was a market opened every weekend and the grocery store is right downstairs. A lot of different big franchised stores close by

Living in the Chelsea Landmark has been great! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. They are very professional, yet they make you feel like you are “home” when they see you. The maintenance staff is extremely efficient. We have had a couple non emergency issues- clogged drain, air conditioning problem, and someone responded and fixed the problem within hours. The building is maintained extremely well. The 3rd floor club level including the gym, is always clean, (and smells good). The rooftop lounging/sitting areas are always in great shape as well. I can’t find one negative thing to say about living in this building and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, safe and extremely well kept place to live.
