The building staff is some of the best there is. The leasing team, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Every renewal has been an unpleasant experience. There is no effort to retain tenants. Conversely, they seem to be encouraged to remove existing tenants to replace them with new renters they plan to charge a premium.

The people at the lobby are very nice and are willing to assist us in the best of their ability. The people that work in other fields are exceptional as well, as they have been very cordial and open to us, and have helped us in many cases, such as repairs, invitations, reservations, and memberships.

We've lived in the building for 10 years and have really loved the building and the staff. Unfortunately, now that we have kids, we need more space, so we're sadly leaving the building this year. I would highly recommend the building. Incredible views, amazing sunsets from the roof (truly the rooftop is unmatched), a 3rd floor terrace that is great for parties and for kids to run around, a great gym, bookable conference rooms for working from home, and above all, the friendliest, most helpful building staff you could ever hope for. Chelsea Landmark is a very special home!

We've lived in the building for 10 years and have really loved the building and the staff. Unfortunately, now that we have kids, we need more space, so we're sadly leaving the building this year. I would highly recommend the building. My experience here has been very nice. The amenities are excellent and the staff and management are always very helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment is also a big plus, as it’s central to most things.

The team always does exceptional work; work orders are completed so quickly and everyone is professional and respectful! I can always count on all the grounds and public areas being spotless. Staff is friendly and makes an effort to get to know residents.
