Unit 14A Pros: The Building is conveniently located in the of Chelsea, Flatiron, and NOMAD, also having access to the F,M,R,W trains or just a short walk to Herald Sq. Cons: What I don't like about the building is the possibility of privacy issues when it comes to to the tenants in the affordable housing units. A better way to put it " Lack of Privacy" Advice to landlord: In this world there's no such thing as privacy as I've learned thru out life. Every tenant is entitled to some level of privacy regardless of income status mental health disability

Pros: lived here awhile back for a few years pre 2021, building was always clean, tenants friendly. build felt sturdy and high quality especially compared to so many cheap new developments that have been built since, doormen were amazing, amenities beautiful, miss it! Cons: management told me one thing but acted in another

Pros: Nice place to live! Clean, central location. Cons: Too many tenants. Elevators can take a while. Neighbors aren’t always the friendliest (don’t say hi in elevator)

Pros: Phenomenal doorpeople that are incredibly professional and great at their jobs. Excellent apartments with top of the line finishes. Super fancy common areas, including a fabulous rooftop. Spoiled me for future apartments. Cons: Not a fan of the area. Also charging extra for the gym… really??

Unit 34L Pros: Great location and adequately staffed. Cons: The monthly charges for the amenities (including soviet-era gym equipment) is tacky; Rose Associates is the undisputed leader of rent gouging existing tenants on renewals -- so be prepared to move after your initial lease is up. Advice to landlord: Abandon the bait and switch approach to tenant renewals.
