Pros: clean building nice amenities generally luxurious big walk in closet Cons: so loud neighborhood has nothing and no train near by management never responds

Pros: Nice-finishings, friendly staff and things just generally work Cons: Dogs can be very loud Plugs and adaptors can be in rather inconvenient locations

Unit 37F Pros: Good amenities, unit was spacious, elevators are fast, good location, in-unit washer/dryer. Cons: Rooftop access closed during the winter. There is an amazing view that we are missing out on for a good chunk of the year.

Pros: Floor to ceiling windows. Nice gym. Cons: Very noisy due to cross street construction. Management has attitude problems

Pros: Clean modern building, nice views & convenient location. Staff are friendly and lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Cons: Very expensive, lounge currently not accessible due to a crane collapse a few months ago

Pros: I like how clean the building is and how tall the ceiling I Cons: The noise is unbearable, especially with the new construction on the next street

Pros: New building Thick doors and walls, can’t hear neighbors Cons: Neighbors and their guests are sometimes unsavory Management doesn’t negotiate prices nor do they respond timely.

Pros: Having the dog park inside the building is a plus Cons: Smell of weed infiltrating the apartment due to shared A/C vents
