Pros: Maintenance: The building is kept very clean. Victor, the handyman, is fantastic—extremely helpful and responsive to any requests. Convenience: Having garbage chutes on every floor is a huge plus. Unit Quality: No major issues with the apartment itself; it’s a solid, well-maintained space Cons: Elevators: Can be quite slow at times, though it's something you eventually get used to. Management/Rent: Be prepared for steep renewal increases. They attempted to raise our rent from $4,600 to $5,000, which we felt didn't align with the current market value for the building. Advice to landlord: A great place to live for the service and cleanliness, but be wary of the renewal numbers if you're looking for a long-term stay.

Pros: I’ve been living here for 8 months now and it’s been a great experience. The apartment itself is very nice, quiet, thick walls, and the staff is phenomenal. Everything is kept clean, trash rooms are emptied frequently, and mail/packages are always kept safe and delivered on time. Cons: The built in AC/Heating units are a bit poor performing and expensive to run. I’ve been getting $250+ power bills all summer. Besides that, sometimes the elevators take a while but other than that the apartment is great.

This review is purely about Victor, not the building or management. Victor is amazing at his job, and always in a good mood. When my toilet had issues, he was very responsive and quick to fix. He, along with doormans Frank and Jesus, are among my favorite staff in this building.

I want to take a moment to recognize Jesus, who works in my building. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. He’s professional, attentive, and always willing to lend a hand when something comes up. His presence makes a real difference in the building, and I truly appreciate the effort and positivity he brings every day. Thank you, Jesus, for the outstanding service.

The resident manager, Marty, takes care of residents to make living here super comfortable. Marty makes sure to answer any questions asap and goes above and beyond to help residents feel at home. Marty, thank you for being such a great manager here! We all appreciate you big time.

Ever since these new people took over the building the elevators stay out of service. Today I had to walk down over 15 flights of stairs with my dog. They are also calling the building by a different name instead of The Victory a calling it Hudson landing, which sounds stupid if you ask me. There are leasing agents living in the building as well. They are wasting money on stupid bright signage in the main lobby window. If they want to do something they need to fix the elevators, fix the laundry room, have an outside space for tenants with dogs, give the workers a raise. Matter of fact just update the whole building.

Unit 4B Pros: - Building has a nice gym and amazing pickleball court that I often use - Rooftop is great - Apartments are spacious and maintenance quickly responds to requests - Best water pressure I have ever felt in my life (no lie) Cons: - Some of the doormen are standoffish, but some are fantastic - Rooftop is closed for 6 months out of the year, while some buildings keep them open even in winter.
