Pros: It's clean, quiet, I live facing the east so have no issues in terms of heat, doormen and maintenance are great people and very helpful. Cons: Since my apt faces east, during the summer it can get difficult to stay cool when with the AC on. I've had several moments where there was a cockroach problem, they have someone come in about twice a month, but they should increase that frequency. Elevators require fixing a lot. Advice to landlord: Continue being transparent to the tenants!

Pros: Management tries to be responsive, friendly neighbors Cons: Constant construction and noise issues, pest (roach) infestation
