Pros: Nice doormen Clean lobby/hallways Cons: Expensive for the location Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work!

Pros: Gym in building and patio, space is okay Cons: it's on Amsterdam and there are sooo many honks / sirens during the day. A/C has trouble with the heat. Advice to landlord: install new a/c units and more soundproof windows.
