Unit 53b Pros: Tons of natural light Cons: The exterminator had to come a couple of times Advice to landlord: More flexibility with the deposit

Pros: Well maintained building and clean. Very quiet neighbors. Cons: Loud noises from the street specially at night - cars and fireworks - whole summer and fall. People get together on the streets in the summer which also causes noise at night. Advice to landlord: Better windows might help reduce the noise.
