Unit 7b Pros: Everything. Clean, well maintained, responsive management (CU), no bugs, quiet. Elevator worked Cons: Nothing of note. Advice to landlord: none

Pros: Clean, well-managed, nice maintenance staff and nice neighbors, quiet, lots of trash disposal, new washing machines in laundry room Cons: Only one con: Elevator is old and often has issues.

Unit 2D Pros: Nicely maintained, great community. Cons: There’s an undergrad dorm next door, so there’s party noise weekend nights. Advice to landlord: Good job
