Unit 2c Pros: Nothing it’s horrible Cons: It’s dirty rats running around no real heat the super doesn’t understand English the management office is own by Chinese ppl who don’t answer the phone Advice to landlord: New owners and management please

Pros: No one bothers us. Good on privacy Cons: Won't let us have doormats to wipe our feet and threw them out Poor management of accounting record. Kept switching payment systems and reported us in default leading to us overpaying them Advice to landlord: Stop harassing paying tenants and get your oils in order please

Unit 3F Pros: Apt came wish washer / dryer and dishwasher Cons: Thin walls - can hear the neighbors. Poor pest control Turn around time for repairs too slow Rude property manager - lack of experience as well Building mold infesteD Advice to landlord: For your over priced apartments they should be better maintained when an occupant calls for repairs !!!

Unit 4A Pros: Great location but Seaman is a pretty busy street. Cons: Can tend to be cluttered especially around the mailboxes.

Pros: Location fantastic for parks and subway Cons: Intercom never worked Slow to respond to job requests if at all Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants when they say something is up
