Pros: Great location, beautiful views, good sunlight and big windows. Cons: Landlord is bad at responding to female tenants.

Pros: The location is great, and my apartment has an incredible eastward view with nothing blocking it. Cons: The elevator and building are dirty. The laundry room used to be 24 hours but now you can only use it during a certain window. The worst part is that the management company is impossible to get a hold of. They are the worst. Advice to landlord: Answer your phones and empty the voicemail boxes. It’s ridiculous that I can’t get a hold of you.

Pros: Newly renovated unit, helpful super Cons: Bedbugs, unresponsive management, poor and inefficient renovations, cuts corners Advice to landlord: Take care of your tenants
