Pros: the entire building staff is amazing and so kind. the doormen are super friendly (kind of annoying to have to fob in when there is a doorman - but it's a huge building i get it). the maintenance workers will come fix anything in your apartment same day. the porters are always cleaning the common areas and elevators. and Carmelo in the package room is the best!!! the apartments all have washer/dryer in unit, and have updated appliances/good storage space. also, it's very quiet, i've never heard neighbors above or around me making noise. it's nice having the gym & grocery store downstairs. Cons: overpriced for a studio and rent increases year over year make it unaffordable as a single person. it's annoying that the gym is $80/month. the entrances to the building are on kind of gross, narrow side streets, which can have lots of garbage piled up. Advice to landlord: if you want to keep tenants for multiple years, offer reasonable rent increases for reliable tenants.

Pros: Staff is excellent. Maintenance arrives within minutes of request. Feels like a community. Amenities amazing Cons: Our shower was clogged a lot, probably a minor issue with pipes. Also had issues with fridge breaking but they were always quick to come fix or replace it

Pros: Extremely fast maintenance, friendly staff, clean garbage room and building Cons: Package room has set hours, which makes it hard to pick up packages if you work long hours

Pros: Doorman are very nice. Maintenance would get fixed in a timely manner. Cons: The walls are thin so if you have a loud neighbor, it could possible keep you up. Advice to landlord: Rent increase is getting execessive but I assume that is everywhere

Pros: Very well kept has everything in the building very convenient! Cons: The streets in Fidi can get a bit crowded with trash

Pros: The doormen and staff are all fantastic. The property is well maintained and clean. Cons: It's obviously pretty pricey. Move in / out can be a pain with the two elevators needed.
