Pros: Amenities (gym, pool, roof, resident lounges). Convenient location to walk to offices in midtown. Very safe neighborhood. Cons: Raised rent by 12% from year 1 to year 2. July utilities doubled from June utilities.

Pros: I like all of the amenities and the responsiveness of management when there is an issue. Cons: The elevators can be very slow.

Unit 7A Pros: Maintenance responsiveness, clean, nice amenities Cons: Expensive, had small ants in kitchen / closet that took a while to go away, had 1 roach, they had pest control come pretty fast though

Pros: Close to GC, updated appliances, pool, gym, laundry on each floor Cons: Location, price, renewal management Advice to landlord: Wait until our lease month or a few week before renewal to make us a resign offer

Pros: Huge apartments, great doormen, responsive maintenance staff, nice views from roof deck, and quality bathrooms. Also allows for converting 1 to 2 and 2 to 3/4 Cons: Interior noise is fine but very close to fire station so some units have very loud noise at odd times of day, gym exists but similar to a hotel gym, and skews towards a very young crowd.

Pros: Large apartment space, flex rooms available making rent more affordable Cons: Elevator service is slow
