Pros: This building was located in an ideal location with affordable units. Additionally, The management company was very responsive to requests. Cons: Unfortunately, we did experience some pest issues while living in this building.

Pros: It's a nice building located on a calm street. I always felt safe walking to class because there was never too much going on (except that one time Biden came to eat at the restaurant on the same street, Il Cantinori). Overall, very clean and never had problems with noise. Cons: The only thing I hated was how cold my room is. Never figured out if this was a room issue or building issue but I was freezing my toes off.

Pros: Spacious rooms, recently renovated (around 2014), lots of light, good location. Cons: Some cockroaches were spotted on the top floor. Since it's a college dorm, some floors are quite loud. Advice to landlord: Keep it up

Pros: i liked the view and study room in the penthouse. Cons: laundry etiquette and sometimes the resource center be slow

Unit 708 Pros: Great laundry in building. There’s nothing to complain about. Awesome rooftop penthouse study lounge. Cons: Nothing literally at all
