Clean, always well maintained and responsive to issues or requests. Great staff and big apartments compared to others in the neighborhood. I love living here and I enjoy the amenities as well. Deliveries are also handles very well!

ONE THING FIX RENEWABLE PROCESS FIX I hope you guys listen to me it terrible if guys do not that issue that really bothers me one thing annoys the Christmas Party used in party room it felt more warmly and private it does not feel like anymore and residents that I know that are still round from time I was here feel the same.Also give month notice about the Christmas party it would help or any events that happening I heard from residents that talk to me not enough notice about events I do not if improve that was mentioned to me events are not same as they used people are saying I am not sure I was not here there must events before 2013 my husband never mentioned not me because he been here since building went up

Great nothing bad great place to live great maintenance come quick very helpful staff and friendly that what makes 800 Sixth Ave a great place to live one thing to fix renewable process is terrible fix it please do in person online is not great saying never document when you proof receipt please fix that

It’s been great bar the toilet situation which needs to ideally be replaced altogether so we don’t have to keep fixing it and the loudness on the floor. Not much noise cancellation through the walls and the neighbours sometimes make this feel like a frat house

A lot of dogs leave poo and pee anywhere, including hallway, stairs, elevators, and so on. Many dogs do not have a leash, which it is not nice. The cleaning at the building is so bad, they do not frequently do cleaning as much as they can.

It’s pretty good. Everyone in the building is friendly. When I have any maintenance requests, staff respond quick. The location is good, we have many subways nearby so it’s easy to go everywhere. Overall I think this is a good building and apartment.

I have had such a great experience with this building and its staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The building itself is always clean, feels very safe and secure, and is clearly well-maintained. I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere-highly recommended!

I've loved my experience at Archstone. Have called it home for the past 20 years. Everyone feels like family. The building is always nicely decorated and well kept and staff are professional, friendly and courteous.

wonderful staff goes above and beyond. maintenance is incredibly quick and respectful. only note would be for outside to be finished and for some more amenities like sauna etc. so there is no need for additional gym memberships.

Overall: reprehensible. The sales team misrepresented the terms of a lease renewal and have been overcharging me for months. Additionally, the building staff refuse to respond to habitability and safety issues, which is a clear and unassailable violation of New York City tenant law.
