Pros: i love the doormen they are very kind, washer and dryer in each floor is very convenient Cons: roaches but they have pest control come in weekly if needed

Pros: Convenient area near a lot of restaurants, building management is generally quick to turn around issues, friendly door staff Cons: Noise from outside is well heard inside - especially being near the hospital, heating is inconsistent depending on your unit, roaches were a common occurrence though they provide pest control

Unit 512A Pros: Great location, very accessible, right on Fulton Street. Cons: Consistent roach problems in the hallways and apartment unit

Pros: -location -Door men are the kindest people -size and price -AC Cons: -hallways and elevators are not clean -roaches -old appliances -smelly hallways Advice to landlord: Please clean the hallways and update the elevators

Pros: Low rent at the time, though they jacked it up upon renewal. Cons: noise, pests, poor upkeep.
