Pros: Building staff are very helpful and professional. Apartments facing Morningside Park can have amazing views. Apartment was clean with new appliances when I moved in. Cons: I did have a roach infestation at one point. My unit has an extremely small kitchen with little counter space, and Morningside Park can be noisy. Advice to landlord: Please let residents pay online rather than by check.

Pros: Mostly Studios and 2 bedrooms Has a Park close by Front desk 24/7 Decent looking building Cons: Old building but still charming Small Kitchen in the 2 bedrooms Advice to landlord: Allow to pay rent online like other Columbia buildings

Pros: Great support from staff, we’ll maintained, near from CU. Cons: In summer, consider Air Con unit. Advice to landlord: Great work with maintenance and administration. Support butlers and staff, great people.
