Unit 6C Pros: The front desk staff are truly lovely. The lobby and common areas are also beautiful. Cons: The area sucks. Living next to a halfway house presents a lot of challenges (police are always here responding to something and ambulances often block the street) which mostly involve really louve music day and night. Also the building management is truly awful. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. I was without consistent hot water for two weeks and was just told to wait! Advice to landlord: Hire more competent building management!

Pros: Convenient to everywhere. Great views from roof top. Cons: Water quality is really bad. and management doesn’t take care of the building well like laundry room is not clean, always issue with some appliances… and every time I went to the gym, the staff kept looking at me and cleaned up right after I used even no one there and I cleaned up also. The person who work at the gym made me really uncomfortable…
