Unit 3S Pros: in a nice neighborhood Cons: roach infestation since moving in that was never fixed, days without heat and hot water in the winter, property managers do not answer your emails and show up unannounced to your apartment, when we moved in it was dirtier than when we toured the empty apartment (as if someone had been squatting there), dead mice in the stairwells, roaches in the stairwells, smelly dirty stairwells in general, etc Advice to landlord: do your job

Pros: Nice apartment unit Cons: Terrible maintenance, dirty hallways and bug infestation within unit and building Advice to landlord: Do a full pest control on the building, it is disgustingly
