It is what it is not recommended

Pros: I’m not homeless Cons: Tons of things tons of violence , it’s dirty sometimes the elevator doesn’t work Advice to landlord: Better cleaning service

Not a great maintenance

Pros: The rent is income based. Cons: The stairways and elevators are dirty and stink.

Not a good buliding

Pros: I like the area! That's about it Cons: All kinda of water leakage and broken pipes and mold!!! It's like living under water!!! Advice to landlord: Don't move in here
