Pros: The superintendent and landlord were friendly Cons: Leaking bathroom ceiling. Hole in AC vent

Pros: I like the fact that maintenance keeps the building clean but at night and on weekends people come in and mess up the lobby and the staircases. When the next morning comes maintenance cleans it once again and complains to the main office Cons: People in this building are loud and nasty and they steal packages from you Advice to landlord: Get it together or lose alot of tenants
