Unit 1F Pros: Location super is nice privacy Cons: Management and owner is SAME people that is why they disregards rules and ignore common sense Advice to landlord: Already given will not change anything

Pros: Quiet building. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: Laundry machines broken. Mgmt unresponsive. Elevator slow, gets stuck frequently. Leaks in apartments. Very thin walls. Advice to landlord: Fix issues. Listen to tenants.
