Pros: The neighbors in the building are very nice, Cons: Management never responds to concerns. Dog poop all over the outside sidewalks. Advice to landlord: Actually pick up/respond to tenants needs.

Pros: I liked how they tried to G me out of taking a shower by putting in a shower head with a little ball stopper in it, like for hamsters; that lets out a steady stream of 7 water droplets per second. Cons: There is a nuclear green dog piss every morning by the steps that never seems to dry or go away. That’s how I feel about most about this building and it’s tenets. Don’t let your urine turn neon green, and also don’t let this building be a permanent home. Advice to landlord: After been quarantined in here for about a year, I finally stepped out into the world and remembered that your shower is supposed to drain, the sink is not supposed to get backed up every other day, and yes, that radioactive piss stain is still there.

Pros: There are no pros. Cons: Management is lacking morals. I had to fight to get my security back when i moved out. After 4 months I finally received it. Alison belfer in the office is highly incompetent. Apartments are not worth what they charge for rent. Roaches, mice, mold and low heat is what u can expect. Thankfully i moved out of there and i am happier now. Advice to landlord: Clean up your act. Fix your shitty apartments.

Pros: There’s a lot of space that’s affordable Cons: There’s mice and bugs everywhere. No matter how clean you are the mice will find a way inside. The building manager doesn’t care though. Advice to landlord: Get a real exterminator
