Pros: Large apartments, and great area that is overall quiet. Cons: Walls are increadibly thin. Sounds echo and you can hear the upstairs neighbors very easily, even when they talk sometimes. Door buzzer sometimes doesn't work. Advice to landlord: Sound proof walls if possible? Idk add carpet?
