Solid building, clean

Pros: Close to subway Cons: Street noise can be a lot Advice to landlord: None

Nice building with excellent transportation

Pros: Great building and well managed. The heated floors are amazing! Cons: Street noise is pretty bad since it is the entrance to the Queensboro Bridge.

Rent: $3,100/mo
