Pros: It’s a rent-stabilized. DHCR - Queens Borough Rent Office and Enforcement Unit is good resource. Make an appointment and know your tenant rights. Be sure to get your copy of the apartment registration. Cons: This property owned by Flushing Gallery LLC and managed by Royal Property Management. Super and management are completely unresponsive to maintenance service requests. Best to contact 311 if management does not respond to your requests in a timely manner. Advice to landlord: Be responsive to tenants requests
