Unit 58 Pros: I love how many families are in this building. If you're raising kids, they will likely have neighbors that are the same age. There is also a wonderful variety of cultures, that get along really well. The building has a garden in front that acts as a unifying language for all the residents. We all share together as we garden, even if we don't speak the same language. Cons: The new buzzer hasn't worked for many, since it was installed. It's been months. We have a car, and can't afford the extra to park in the building garage. So parking is like any other neighborhood in NYC. Roaches are just as much of an issue here as any other building I've lived at in NYC. We had bed bugs once. After living here for over a decade, we only really had mice for a week. Advice to landlord: Fix the buzzer.
