Unit 91-6D Pros: Very clean, orderly, welcoming, warm and friendly. Cons: Street drug dealers and users further along in my years living there. Advice to landlord: Take care of the NYCHA Queensbridge Housing Authority tenants, listen and take note of any and all of their grievances , don’t ever neglect them and make certain that they pay their rent and keep to their Family Composition status

Pros: Living in NYCHA can be used as a stepping stone until you can find and afford a house or condo. Cons: Roaches/mice/water bugs. Filthy neighbors who let their kids run loose. People don't pick up their dogs poop. Your rent goes according to how much you make, so the more income you generate the higher your rent. It's not rent stabilized. Managment office does not handle any affairs with professionalism or respect. Urine in the lobby, in the elevator and in front of the the mail boxes. Homeless people living on the roof sometimes. Apartment has peeling paint, leaking kitchen sink, mold in the bathroom. Kitchen faucet lose and molded, holes in the wall Under kitchen sink. Outdated appliances and fixtures in the units. Elevator does not go to the 6th floor. Advice to landlord: Please clean NYCHA up. We deserve to live in a clean/modern apartment.
