Pros: Basically none, close to shops and restaurants. Cons: Endless rats and roaches, extremely unsanitary conditions and a management team doesn't care about your problem unless you file a complaint to NYC311 and get them a violation to settle. A truly unhinged experience.

Unit 2G Pros: Any kind of dog friendly - no restrictions on dogs Management takes care of recycling Cons: Management does not take care of anything. Buildings are super old run-down, full of cockroaches & mice and exterminators do not do anything they ask you where they should spray. There are no amenities in these buildings and they have not been updated since they have erupted. Shared laundry is gross and you need to pay to use their dirty laundry room and machines. Buildings floors are always dirty. Common space walls are always covered in filth. Management just coats the building and units in uneven paint rather than taking time to clean and fix things. Advice to landlord: I doubt management would like to live in these buildings and if they did they would want them to be better. Many of the buildings have uneven steps and each building is different on the inside - some have mats others have old unkept terrazzo floors. Add washers and dryers and hookups to units. Update layouts and put in actual countertops/cabinets - not laminate kitchens. Move into the 21st century and install electronic doors and locks.

Pros: It is generally clean and pet friendly. Most of the residents have cute dogs. Cons: No heat? Only the super's building does. Water leaking from the ceiling in every room? Thats fine to them. Ceiling leaking in the halls? Totally cool. The walls are paper thin so you hear everyone. Even when are having a conversation at normal volume. The receptionists ignore you if you are a woman. The super never answers his phone, let alone fix anything. This complex is a revolving door. All they do is slap some paint on the problem and put it back on the market. Advice to landlord: ........ you don't want me to honestly answer that.....

Pros: Feels safe, very dog friendly, don’t hear neighbors very often though they are pleasant when we see them. Cons: Heat is on too high sometimes and can’t be adjusted
