Pros: Staff are great, they keep it clean and are friendly Cons: Rodents one time, got 3rd party exterminator and haven't seen since. Advice to landlord: None

Pros: Quiet. Good for short stays. Cons: Roaches and generally bad upkeep of the building and peeling of walls.

Pros: I like the location and the neighbors are friendly Cons: The super is terrible Advice to landlord: Get a better super and better pest control

Pros: Great staff and location Cons: Horrible building ownership management Advice to landlord: Do not treat your staff or tenants badly otherwise you will have no one wanting to move into that building. You have no care for tenants needs and just care about your rent.
